My stay was excellent for a business trip. All the employees were extraordinarily friendly and excellent! There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was good. This was a marvellous and absolutely perfect location just off Via Faenza, local restaurants and tourist attractions. I liked spending time here.

All in all we appreciated a nice size room with a high ceiling, a comfortable king-size bed, for instance. The accommodation had a central location near to the city center.

We loved staying at this lovely hotel that was super close to Florence's city center. The staff treated us and our small dog wonderfully, and daily breakfasts were delicious, keeping everyone happy. We enjoyed visiting nearby spots like Circolo Golf Ugolino, perfect for some family fun!

I was ready to give a glowing review, but the shower was so tiny, even a normal human would feel cramped, not to mention the noise from the bathroom fan, it's more than a little distracting. I really expected a special welcome gift or at least a complimentary drink, but alas, I was just another guest. How disappointing.

This hotel has a fantastic location! It's really close to the train station and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Plus, it's not too far from the Karst Gallery. 🚶‍♀️.
